The Seasons Onward Flow

The seasons come, the seasons go,
And in between the hours flow,
Bringing springtime's floral blooms
Wafting forth a sweet perfume.

The seasons come, the seasons go,
And in between the days all flow,
Bringing joys of summertime
And serenity sublime.

The seasons come, the seasons go,
And in between the weeks all flow,
Bringing us the harvest moon
And the earth with bounty strewn.

The seasons come, the seasons go,
And in between the months all flow,
Bringing snowflakes falling down
On the Winter's frozen ground.

The seasons come, the seasons go;
Through them all, God's love still flows.
Loise Pinkerton Fritz

My loving kindness
will I not utterly
take from him,
nor suffer my
faithfulness to fail.
Psalm 89:34
