Lady of All Nations

The Image:

Mary is standing in front of her Son's Cross, to which she is so inseparably and painfully united.   From Mary's open hands, the three rays of "Grace, Redemption and Peace" stream down upon all nations.  These gifts emerge from the Cross of Christ, and she promises to grant them to everyone who says this prayer daily before a crucifix or this image.
From 1945 until 1959, The Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to Ida Peerdeman, of Amsterdam, Netherlands fifty-six times. Our Lady requests the official recognition of her vocation as "Coredemptrix, Mediatrix and Advocate," promising that, "The Lady of All Nations will then give peace, true peace, to the world."

Her many messages concern the spiritual state of the Church and the faithful, with many warnings about modernism, humanism, atheism, socialism, communism and "modern paganism".

Fearful that she was being deceived by Satan, Ida requested of Our Lady a sign that the visions and messages were authentic. In a message given February 19, 1958, recorded by Ida, sealed in an envelope and given to her spiritual director, Fr. Frehe, with instructions that it not be opened before October 1958, Our Lady prophesied the death of Pope Pius XII. Pope Pius XII died, unexpectedly on October 9, 1958.

" The Lady of All Nations is here, standing before the Cross of her Son; her feet are placed in the very mist of the world, and the flock of Jesus Christ surrounds her. It is as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix that I come at these times. I was Co-Redemptrix from the moment of the Annunciation. This is the meaning: the mother has been constituted Co-Redemptrix by the will of the Father. Tell this to your theologians. Tell them likewise that this dogma will be the last in Marian history."
February11, 1951
"I am the Lady- Mary-Mother of All Nations. You may say ‘Lady of All Nations’ or Mother of All Nations,’ who once was Mary. I have come precisely today in order to tell you that I wish to be known as this. Let all the children of men, of all the countries in the world-be one!"

 "Repeat this after me. Do say this prayer in front of the Cross";

"Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Father,
send now Your Spirit over the earth.
Let the Holy Spirit live in the hearts of all nations,
that they may be preserved
from degeneration, disasters, and war.
May the Lady of all Nations, who once was Mary,
be our Advocate, Amen."
"The time is our time. You, child, are the instrument chosen, so that you may pass on these things. You shall do it. There is plenty of evidence even in what I have told you this very day. Tell them I wish to be ‘The Lady Of all Nations’".
  March 4,1951
"Now imprint this clearly on your memory: I am standing on the globe and both my feet are firmly fixed upon it. You can also see clearly my hands, my face, my hair, and my veil. The rest is as though in a haze. Look closely at what protrudes from both sides of my shoulders and above my head."

I, (Ida Peerdeman) say to the Lady, "This is a Cross.  I can see the cross-beams and the upright protruding."

"I have shown you my head, my hands, and my feet like those of a human
being-mark well: like those of the Son of Man! All the rest is in Spirit. Have this picture of me painted and together with it, spread the prayer I have taught you. This is my wish for today. And I want this to be done in many languages."

"In these days I want to be ‘The Lady Of All Nations’ and, therefore, I require of you to get the prayer translated into all the principal languages and said every day."

for the catholic faithful of the diocese of Haarlem

We, the Bishop and Auxiliary Bishop of Haarlem have, for a long time and in increasing numbers, received requests both from home and abroad. These requests are for us to provide clarification regarding the status of the apparitions of Mary as 'THE LADY OF ALL NATIONS', in Amsterdam, during the years 1945-1959.

After ample consideration and consultation of official authorities, we have decided to adopt the following policy in order to provide the required pastoral clarity:

Distinction must be made between the apparitions/messages on the one hand and the Marian title 'The Lady of All Nations', on the other hand.

At the moment the Church cannot make a pronouncement about the supernatural character of the apparitions and the content of the messages. One is free to make a personal judgement according to his or her own conscience.

The prayer 'Lord Jesus Christ.....' which includes the title 'The Lady of All Nations', has since 1951 enjoyed Church approval by Msgr. Huibers, who was Bishop of Haarlem at the time. It is our judgement that there is no objection against the public veneration of The Blessed Virgin Mary under this title.

In an age where races, peoples and cultures are more dependent on each other than ever before - nowhere more so than in Amsterdam - we have confidence in saying that it is exactly this title which throws a clear light on our Lady's Universal Motherhood and her unique role as 'women' in God's plan of Salvation.

All 56 apparitions to Ida Peerdeman can be found in the book,
"The Messages of The Lady of All Nations",
