Good News

Jesus was buried on Friday.

Some women went to his tomb on Sunday.

They didn't find Jesus in there.

He was gone.

They didn't know what to think.

They saw a man sitting in the tomb.

It was an angel.

The angel was all dressed in white.

The angel said, "Do not be afraid.  Jesus is not here. Go tell everyone that He has risen."

Why was the angel dressed in white?

Would you have done as the angel said?

Dear God,
Thank you for sending Jesus here to be with us.
Thank you for letting us see Him.
Thank you for making Him a baby then a man.
That way we know He understands us.
Thank you for letting Him rise again.
That way we can all be with Him someday.
